Stage 1: DEFINE |
We define the problems and identify solutions. We start off with understanding our clients’ business problems and goals, and identifying the web technology solutions that work best for them. We study our clients needs, draft the project plan, agree on a budget and schedule, assign a project manager and team, set up stage, set high level goals, and plan for testing. |

Stage 2: |
We structure the project and deliver content. This stage involves organizing the project into bite-size chunks that we can easily implement—and that our clients can easily monitor. Here, we identify the web technology modules and features our clients need, draft a content plan and deliver content, organize a site structure, draw up a sitemap, and structure pages. |

Stage 3: |
With the backbone in place, we design the site. We begin by reviewing the project goals, to ensure that the design matches function in a seamless partnership. We then develop an HTML protosite and test the site’s functionality, develop design concepts, which are presented to our clients for approval. This stage ends with hand off of designs. |

Stage 4: |
We begin building the site. Preparation is the vital first step in site construction. This involves establishing guidelines, creating the file structure, and also setting up a QA plan. Actual site creation now begins. We slice and optimize, create HTML templates, begin to populate the pages, integrate the backend and implement light testing on the site itself. |

Stage 5: |
We test, deliver, launch and maintain This stage encompasses testing, iteration, delivery, launching and maintenance. Here we test and iterate to ensure that the site is bug-free, and that the content, design, features and navigation all converge smoothly to meet the client’s needs. Only when testing is completed do we deliver to our clients. After a final post mortem with the client, we launch the site. Our work does not end when a site is launched. The last step, site maintenance, involves maintaining the site and confirming site security over the long term. |
