All timeline estimates are subject to change according to the specifics of the campaign and may be adjusted according to additional needs such as building of additional website pages, as well as any delays that may occur as a result of the client approval process.

Phase 1 - Your SEO campaign begins with a Scheduled Keyword Call (upon initial payment)

Your campaign will begin with a scheduled phone call with our SEO and Linking departments, during which we will discuss potential keywords that may relate to a search for your particular goods and services. This will enable us to begin our Keyword Analysis with specific information about your business - including what it is that you offer, the audience you desire to attract and the phrases that this audience is likely to use to find you in an online search.

During this initial phone call we will request permission for FTP access to your site so that we are able to most effectively complete the On Page SEO process.

Phase 2 - Keyword Analysis (completed in 5-7 days)

ThinkBIG will then perform a comprehensive and strategic Keyword Analysis - based on the information we discuss in our initial phone call. The client has ultimate authority to determine which keyword phrases will be most effective in terms of traffic, ROI and ranking feasibility. ThinkBIG will identify the number of searches as well as the number of competitors vying for every keyword phrase chosen. This process results in uncovering and choosing the most cost effective and results oriented phrases that will be more likely to gain upward search engine traction and momentum sooner rather than later.

Once you have approved your keywords, we move onto the third phase in your campaign.

Phase 3 - Strategic Inbound Linking
On Page SEO including Content Creation Where Applicable (completed in 7-14 days after keywords are approved)

Link Building is arguably the most important part of getting ranked well on Google and the other engines. Our inbound linking strategy involves setting up a themed inbound linking campaign that is targeted towards your chosen specific keyword phrases. We will drive keyword specific links to your website each month for the duration of your campaign. These are one way links from other websites blogs and social bookmarks. These links are extremely valuable in terms of ranking well. Our linking department will monitor, measure, and manage the linking structure of each account on a monthly basis. This ensures that the client will receive the utmost value from each and every link pointing to their site.

If the existing website pages are appropriate and ready, Strategic Inbound Linking will be implemented upon the selection of keywords and will continue for the duration of the campaign. If the website requires the creation of additional pages, Linking will begin when pages are complete and will continue for the duration of the campaign.

Your second billing date is scheduled 30 days from the date that strategic linking begins and every 30 days thereafter.

On Page SEO relates to our internal process of preparing a website to be more easily indexed by Google and the major search engines. This often means making changes to a website to make it more search engine friendly. We insure that the keywords we are targeting are prominently displayed throughout the website so as the search engine's robots and spiders crawl the site from time to time in search of relevancy, they will value the site more highly and therefore begin moving it forward in their search results. This On Page SEO strategy will also encompass making any corrections and repairs needed on the site (and they are often vast) to minimize any and all obstacles (Ex: improper meta and title tags, broken pages and links etc.) that may hinder a high ranking result.

If Needed:

As On Page work begins, content creation begins simultaneously. Our team of professional writers will create content for your site that both effectively markets your business and includes the keywords that you have chosen. If you would prefer to keep your existing content, we will simply integrate your chosen keywords throughout. All content will be sent to you for approval before it is uploaded to your site.

Phase 4 - On Page Optimization Complete
Reporting (varies between weekly, monthly and bi-monthly depending on package chosen)

Once we complete the first portion of your On Page optimization you will be notified with a detailed description of what was done. Once content is approved and is uploaded you will again be notified by our SEO team that your new content has been uploaded to your site and the On Page optimization is 100% complete.

This however, does not end the communication between you and our team. Now that we have put the pieces in place we move on to ongoing management of your campaign and this starts with making sure that you are always informed of your search engine ranking progress.

These reports are updated on a monthly basis. Each report will include valuable information such as:

• Listings For Top Search Engines (Google, Bing, Yahoo)
• General Statistics
• Current Ranking Position, Previous Position & Change in Position (Up or Down)
• Trending Data For Ranking on The Top Search Engines
• Google Analytics Data

ThinkBIG's Search Engine Progress Reports allow our clients to stay well informed regarding the ranking movement of their website/s on the major search engines. This will enable clients to gage the progress of their SEO Campaign and clearly see the trending improvement in their overall keyword rankings.
