PJ Cammarata, Managing Partner of ThinkBigSites.com (TBS), was inspired by the opportunity to join forces with like minded business leaders, to form TBS with the inherent belief that the worlds leading web designers and search engine optimization (SEO) experts were really not giving clients what they needed or required to enhance productivity and or profits as a result of their presence or lack of it on the world wide webs international stage.

Mr. Cammarata earned a solid reputation over 25 years for building world-class sales and business development organizations in Business Consulting, High Technology, Finance and Telecommunications. Mr. Cammarata spearheaded the effort to become the preeminent leader in the world of telecom consulting with his other company, Network Mapping Associates (NMA). "We've forever changed the landscape in the $1.2b telecom consulting industry with NMA and we have the same strategy and objectives in play here at TBS.”

Andy Arner

Andy Arner, V.P. of Linking Strategy joins ThinkBig with over 12 years of Wall Street experience working at Merrill Lynch. Andy started out working on the Equity trading floor as a technology liaison and then spent the majority of his time in a COO role having primary responsibility over the day to day operations of running the business. He holds a BA from Towson University in Advertising and Communication.

Dara Derion

Dara Derion, V.P. of Editorial Content, brings over fifteen years of copywriting/editing experience to TBS. With a diverse background in advertising, marketing, public relations, and media production, Dara offers extensive experience in all genres of writing - and knows how best to market a company through written branding.

Working on the editorial side of TBS, Dara works with clients to optimize their online content through blog marketing. She enjoys learning all she can about a client's business and using this information to propel them to online success.

Mike Sanginario

As Director of Business Operations since the inception of ThinkBIG, Mike has been an integral part of our success. Mike handles all aspects of ThinkBIG's business operations and oversees multiple divisions including Human Resources, Affiliate Program, Payroll, Customer Service, Billing and Accounts Payable, Project Development, Partner and Vendor Relations, New Product Introduction and Implementation. Jason Hagelberg, V.P. of SEO Services is an award-winning web designer with an extensive background in web development and design. Dominick Calandra - A native New Yorker, now resides in Arizona and works in our new Phoenix Headquarters as a sales and marketing expert.

Dom managed the number 1 swim school in New York State for over 7 years before moving over to Think Big where he now leads the way in our National Business Development Division.
